Full list after the jump.
A couple of changes to the formula result in a few changes for this Monday update. I've put an extra emphasis onto how teams perform home vs. away - something I had not previously taken into account. Butler and Providence move in, and Tulsa and George Washington move out. This also results in a few changes in the automatic qualifiers: High Point replaces UNC-Asheville (Big South), CSU Bakersfield replaces New Mexico State (WAC), Old Dominion replaces UAB (C-USA).
